How are GalloBuey products manufactured?
We use high-precision 3D printing technology. Unlike traditional manufacturing, our process is zero waste. We are committed to material honesty: our pieces contain no glues, toxic resins, or paints. The color and texture are inherent, guaranteeing that the finish will not deteriorate over time.
Why is each piece unique?
For example, when working with dual filaments, the colors blend organically during printing. The transition of tones and their positioning vary with each process. No two pieces are alike; each unit is a unique color combination. When you buy from GalloBuey, you acquire an exclusive item.
Why is there no immediate stock?
We fight against overproduction. We don't stockpile products; we print each piece exclusively when we receive your order. This ensures that we only use the strictly necessary material, respecting our commitment to the planet.
How long does manufacturing take?
The printing process and subsequent manual post-processing usually take between 5 and 10 business days. This time allows us to take care of every detail before the piece leaves our workshop.
Shipping and Customs (Operating from the Canary Islands)
Where are you shipping from?
We ship worldwide from our technology studio in the Canary Islands, Spain.
Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Yes, if the destination is mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, or outside of Spain. Your order leaves the Canary Islands exempt from VAT, so you will need to pay the import VAT or the tax established in your country and any customs handling fees upon receiving the package. GalloBuey does not control these costs, as they depend on the regulations of your region.
Returns and Responsible Consumption
Can I return my product?
Every GalloBuey accessory is a made-to-order creation. We don't have stock waiting on a shelf; your piece is manufactured specifically because you ordered it.
This sustainable and individualized production model makes each item unique to its owner, so we don't accept returns for change of mind. To ensure you get it right the first time, we're always available. If you have any questions about volume, drape, or materials, please ask us before you buy. We'd be happy to help.
How much does it cost to return an order?
Return shipping is at the customer's expense, and the original shipping costs will be deducted from the final refund. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
What happens if the product has a manufacturing defect?
If you notice a defect, you have 7 calendar days from the shipping date to report it to support@gallobuey.eu with photographs. We will handle it immediately.
Important; since our parts are made using additive manufacturing (FDM) 3D printing, the printer works layer by layer, so this type of detail is not considered a flaw but rather the essence of our work.
Materials and Care
Are the pieces durable?
Yes. Because they don't use glues or external joints, their structural integrity depends on the printed geometry itself. They are robust and lightweight. Furthermore, since they are not painted, the color is solid and won't wear off with friction.
But be careful! Don't leave them in direct sunlight for extended periods, or your pieces will take on a new life. And if you want to pamper one of your pieces, you can wipe it with a soft, dry or damp cloth
How do I care for my GalloBuey piece?
If you wish to pamper one of your pieces, you can clean it with a soft cloth and neutral soapy water. Do not use corrosive products!.
Payments and Modifications
Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
No. Once an order has been confirmed, modifications and cancellations are not accepted. Our production system is activated immediately to optimize printing times and avoid wasting resources. Please ensure all your information and items are correct before completing your purchase.
