By placing an order with GalloBuey, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Detailed Information for a Conscious Purchase
To avoid the environmental impact of reverse logistics, we provide a comprehensive data sheet for each item:
- High Quality Materials: Accurate information about the origin of the materials.
- Measurement Guide: Exact details of weight, size, and dimensions. If you have any questions before purchasing, please write to us at support@gallobuey.eu. Resolving your doubts beforehand avoids unnecessary shipping costs.
2. Returns Policy (Sustainable Consumption)
We understand that a product may not meet your expectations, but to maintain our environmental commitment, we apply the following standards:
- Commitment to exclusivity and returns: Your order initiates a unique manufacturing process. As our goods are made to order and clearly personalized for each customer, our pieces are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal (according to Article 103.c of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). This policy allows us to maintain our commitment to zero waste and sustainable craftsmanship.
- Return period: You have 7 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return due to defective receipt.
- Product Condition: The item must be returned in perfect condition, without signs of use, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs , as well as any applicable customs fees, will be the responsibility of the customer . The original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund
3. Warranty for Defective Product
In the event that the item has a manufacturing defect:
- Claim Period: You have a maximum of 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to notify any defects.
- Procedure: You must send an email to support@gallobuey.eu attaching clear photographs of the defect and include your identification details, full name, and order number.
- Resolution: Once the fault has been verified, GalloBuey will manage the full refund or the replacement of the part at no additional cost, the recipient's address must be maintained.
4. Exceptions and Restrictions
No returns will be accepted in the following cases:
- Damage from Use: Items with stains, tears or wear caused by the customer.
5. Shipping and Customs (Operating from the Canary Islands)
We operate from the Canary Islands under a special tax regime:
- Shipments to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands and the rest of Europe are subject to customs procedures, DUA.
- for paying import VAT, customs clearance fees, and handling charges, and these are payable upon delivery. These costs are non-refundable and are not included in the sale price.
